KampusbeT ~ " New Leicester contract for Danny Drinkwater in the pipeline after leaders' key midfielder wins first cap "
Agen MaxbeT ~ Danny Drinkwater will reap a lucrative reward for his part in a remarkable season with a new deal at Leicester.
The
26-year-old has been sensational for the league-leading Foxes in his
central midfield role and his form was recognised with a first call-up
by England for the recent internationals against Germany and Holland.
Drinkwater made his debut against the Dutch on Tuesday, and he was named man-of-the-match in England’s 2-1 defeat at Wembley.
He
signed a four-year deal in June 2014, but such has been his impact in
helping Leicester win their relegation battle last season and rise to
the top in the current campaign that the club are ready to give him a
two-year extension.
Bandar Judi Online MaxbeT ~ Leicester are keen to tie up their star players and striker Jamie
Vardy signed a new £80,000-a-week contract in February that will keep
him at the club until 2019.
Drinkwater should command similar wages and has epitomised the
fighting spirit that has made Leicester such a force in the title race
this season.
He has had to battle back from rejection at boyhood club Manchester United,
from where he was farmed out on loan to the likes of Huddersfield,
Cardiff, Watford and Barnsley before he joined Leicester on a permanent
basis for £675,000.
Now he has risen to the status of a full international – and that
looks certain to earn him a pay rise as Leicester pursue their quest to
become the most unlikely champions in Premier League history.
