Arsenal must win ALL eight remaining games to have any chance of title, admits Nacho Monreal

KampusbeT  ~   " Arsenal must win ALL eight remaining games to have any chance of title, admits Nacho Monreal "

http://indowins.com

Agen MaxbeT  ~   Nacho Monreal admits Arsenal must win all eight of their remaining games to stand any chance of lifting the title.

The Gunners are 11 points adrift of league leaders Leicester and five behind Tottenham going into this weekend's fixtures.

Arsene Wenger's men do have a game in hand on the top two and Spurs skipper Hugo Lloris admitted this week that their north London rivals are still in the mix.

Monreal believes they will have to win every fixture from now until the end of the season to finish on top - but concedes that may not even be enough.

"We’re aware that we don’t just depend on ourselves - that’s obvious," he said.

"Right now we’re in third place so I think the only objective we need to set for ourselves is winning the eight matches we have left and then what will be will be.

"It’s not just down to us. Even if we do win all eight games that doesn’t mean we’ll be champions, but what does depend on us is winning those eight games."

Bandar Judi Online MaxbeT  ~   Arsenal welcome Watford to the Emirates on Saturday, a matter of weeks after they lost to the Hornets in the FA Cup.

Wenger's men then exited the Champions League days later but responded with an impressive win at Everton before the international break.

"We’re coming off the back of two really good performances, the most recent of which we won," Monreal added.

"We know it’s going to be difficult against Watford because we only played them recently and they knocked us out of the FA Cup, but we’re hungry for revenge.

“It’s a completely different competition. They’re not fighting for big things so we need to show that we are.

We need to show we’re the home side and that we want to keep fighting for the league title. That’s what we’re going to do.”

Harry Redknapp in talks over Derby "advisory role" as Rams bid to save faltering promotion bid

KampusbeT  ~   " Harry Redknapp in talks over Derby "advisory role" as Rams bid to save faltering promotion bid "

http://indowins.com

Agen MaxbeT  ~   Harry Redknapp could be on the Derby County bench for Saturday’s crunch clash with fierce rivals Nottingham Forest.

The former Spurs and QPR boss is ready to answer an SOS plea from the Rams to save their faltering Championship promotion bid after holding talks on Monday.

The fifth-placed Rams have lost three and drawn one of Darren Wassall's seven games since Paul Clement was sacked last month.

County threw away a 3-0 lead at Rotherham in the Championship on Saturday to draw after conceding three goals in the last seven minutes.

Derby's wealthy owner Mel Morris held talks with former Spurs and QPR boss Redknapp on Monday over assisting Wassall.

It would be on a short-term eight-week “advisory role” until the end of the season.

Wassall, 47, was heavily criticised for his substitutions at Rotherham, where he subbed key duo George Thorne and Chris Martin with 15 minutes left.

Bandar Judi Online MaxbeT  ~   After the final whistle, Derby defender Jason Shackell was involved in a heated exchange with Wassall after storming off down the tunnel without applauding the away fans.

It is believed former Rams academy coach Wassall is keen for a new more senior colleague to advise him on all matters, including team selection.

Wassall replaced Clement with County just five points off top spot in the table but they are now 13 points adrift of leaders Burnley.

The erratic side are in danger of missing out of the play-offs for a second successive season.
Redknapp, 69, has now asked for 24 hours to consider the proposal.

He has been out of work since resigning as manager of struggling QPR last season in February claiming he needed a knee operation.

He had previously managed QPR to a 1-0 victory in the 2014 Championship play-off final against Derby at Wembley.

Rafa Benitez sounded out Newcastle legends before taking Magpies job with "massive" potential

KampusbeT  ~   " Rafa Benitez sounded out Newcastle legends before taking Magpies job with "massive" potential "

http://indowins.com

Agen SbobeT  ~   Rafa Benitez spoke to Alan Shearer, Peter Beardsley and Michael Owen before taking the Newcastle job.

One message shone out from his chats with legends who have experienced the ups and downs on Tyneside – the club has “massive” untapped potential.

That was the lure for a man who is swapping managing Ronaldo to Rolando, from the Bernabau to Benton, in two months.

“It’s one of the big clubs,” he said.

“That means that you have the potential, you have everything to grow, to improve and to be in the top eight.”

Benitez, winner of leagues titles and European trophies in three countries, has joined a relegation battle.

Getting through the next 10 games, ensuring survival, is his “first priority”.

Taking a seat on the board, being in charge of coaching AND transfers, and unlocking that potential will come from the summer onwards.

So, is rescuing the Toon a bigger comeback than being 3-0 down at half-time in Istanbul when Liverpool came back to win the Champions League trophy?

“That was just 10-15 minutes that we were under pressure and, after that, we tried to enjoy it. Here we have 10 games,” he said.

“The main thing is to be calm, not too calm, to analyse.

Bandar Judi Online SbobeT  ~   “I was talking to people in Liverpool and with Michael Owen, Kenny Dalglish, people who know both sides.

Very similar cities – working class people and they love football, the passion is there. We can smell football in Liverpool, you can smell it here.”

Benitez has already worked miracles on Tyneside. He revealed players, who had been injured, were suddenly cured.

He said: “One or two players, who had knocks and little problems, were training without saying anything. That is positive.”

He wants to shore up the defence first, starting at Leicester tomorrow.

He added: “When you’re going for trophies, you don’t want to make mistakes and when you’re fighting against relegation, it’s the same. In terms of the approach it has to be similar.

We have a good group of players, we have a quality squad. From them, I expect 100 per cent.

“If I’m here, it’s because I believe these players are good enough to stay up. I’ve seen them and I’ve seen their qualities and little things that we have to change.

“Steve McClaren put in a lot of effort here and we have a good team.”

His final message? “Scared is not the word. I know that it is a difficult situation, but, believe me, I’ve done the maths. The team is good, so why not? We can do it.

“After that, the future is brilliant because you have the power, the fans, the stadium and very positive things.

“There is great potential, so it is very important to concentrate on these 10 games.”

Former England boss Fabio Capello reveals why he believes the Three Lions fail at major tournaments

KampusbeT  ~   " Former England boss Fabio Capello reveals why he believes the Three Lions fail at major tournaments "

http://indowins.com

Agen SbobeT  ~   Fabio Capello believes England continually fail at major tournaments because of their EXCUSE culture.

The Three Lions have flattered to deceive at the World Cup and European Championships in recent times and suffered the humiliation of failing to win a game in Brazil in 2014.

But after an immaculate Euro 2016 qualifying campaign, things are once again looking up for England.

However, former boss Capello, who led England between 2008 and 2012, says that Roy Hodgson's men have a long way to go if they are going to claim tournament success.

And he believes he can put his finger on why England have had so many famous failings.

Speaking to The Sun, he said: “The first is the excuse culture that is ingrained in English football, the second is fatigue and the third is the pressure of wearing the England shirt because it hangs so heavily on the players.”

Capello believes that England do have the ability to become a major force in world football once again - but they need a radical overhaul in their mentality in order to succeed.

Bandar Judi Online SbobeT  ~   He believes that because everything is taken care of, from travel to diet, they always have someone to blame.

Capello continued: “When we lost to Germany at the World Cup there were so many excuses — the players were bored, they could not have a beer at night, they could not see their family enough, they could not meet their friends for a coffee.

“Is it too much to ask for the players to focus for four weeks of their lives when they reach the highest level of their sport? The mentality has to change.”

Meanwhile, Capello has also insisted that a winter break is essential for the English game if the national team are to achieve success.

He says it is "no wonder" that Spain and Germany are fitter when their players get chance to recharge their batteries through the season.

Capello, who has most recently been manager of Russia, has been impressed with England's new breed - including Jamie Vardy, Harry Kane and Dele Alli - but is worried they will become worn out too quickly.

Man City midfielder Yaya Toure to miss Norwich trip and is doubtful for Dynamo Kiev clash

KampusbeT  ~   " Man City midfielder Yaya Toure to miss Norwich trip and is doubtful for Dynamo Kiev clash "

http://indowins.com

Agen TangKasneT  ~   Yaya Toure is out of Manchester City's trip to Norwich this weekend and is a major doubt for the Champions League tie with Dynamo Kiev.

City boss Manuel Pellegrini confirmed Toure has a heel problem and will miss Saturday's cash at Carrow Road, while also conceding he may not recover to face Kiev in the decisive leg of their last 16 tie on Tuesday.

“Yaya has a problem in his heel,” said Pellegrini. “We will see next week if he can improve.

“We don't know [if Toure will be fit to face Kiev]. We must see, because it is a pain in his heel.

“ Sergio Aguero had the same problem one month ago, so we will see how Yaya is.”

Bandar Judi Online TangKasneT  ~   City will also be without Kevin De Bruyne, Fabian Delph and Samir Nasri, as they look to cut the gap to seven points between them and Premier League leaders Leicester.

Pellegrini also said he Aguero, who declared he will leave City to return to his native Argentina when his contract ends in 2019, could play on in Europe beyond then.

“It is a decision that Sergio knows why he wants to make it,” said Pellegrini.

“It is difficult to think about what will happen in two or three more years.

“Players can change their minds. Maybe he will be keen to return to Argentina, but I think Kun [Aguero] can have more years here in Europe.”

Claudio Ranieri plays down Riyad Mahrez to Barcelona links and backs star to be fit for Newcastle

KampusbeT  ~   " Claudio Ranieri plays down Riyad Mahrez to Barcelona links and backs star to be fit for Newcastle "

http://indowins.com

Agen Klik4D  ~   Claudio Ranieri has played down fresh links for Riyad Mahrez from Barcelona and insists he expects the star to line up for Leicester on Monday.

Mahrez came off late on at Watford on Saturday night with a hamstring twinge and cramp.

But he has trained all this week ahead of the league leaders' home game with Newcastle on Monday night.

Bandar Judi Online Klik4D  ~   Algerian attacking ace Mahrez took his tally for the season to 15 goals and 11 assists with the winner at Vicarage Road.

A picture then emerged of the star in a Barcelona shirt on Twitter from a few years ago.
But Ranieri yesterday smiled: “It's only speculation.”

Leicester's manager insists he expects Mahrez to be fit for Newcastle's visit.

“Everybody is in good condition. It was a little cramp with Mahrez, there are no problems,” he added.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp prepared for “the Mother of all games” against Manchester United

KampusbeT  ~   " Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp prepared for “the Mother of all games” against Manchester United "

http://kampusbet.com

Agen MaxbeT  ~   Jurgen Klopp has described the epic battle his Liverpool side will face tomorrow as “the Mother of all games”.

And the Reds boss admitted the gigantic, pressurised showdown with Manchester United is the reason he turned down some of Europe's richest clubs to come to Anfield.

The German manager could barely disguise his relish for the war ahead, and he made clear the the significance of the contest between quite possibly the two biggest rivals in world sport when he said:
“Games like this are the mother of all football games.

What can I say? All the world is excited about this game and this chance,” he explained.

“It's the biggest game. I said after the draw I was really happy - not because think it’s really easy but because it’s exciting.

Liverpool train at Melwood as Jurgen Klopp's men prepare for Manchester United encounter
“I didn’t even know then it was the first time Liverpool have played Man United in Europe. It’s a great tournament and now everyone else knows.

“The whole of Liverpool and the whole world is excited about this.”

Klopp's reference echoes the infamous statement by Saddam Hussein back in 1991 when he heralded the Gulf War by stating the The great showdown has begun; the mother of all battles is under way!”
Yet the German has not time for the hatred of football rivalries, and instead chose to concentrate on just how epic and monumental a game between two genuine opponents can be.

“I don’t believe in enemies in football, I believe in real, real, real opponents. I like this. I have absolutely no problem with Louis Van Gaal , but the last thing I want is for him to win.

Bandar Judi Online MaxbeT  ~   "You can play best friends but if they're in the wrong shirt for 95 minutes you can forget about all the common experiences in your life.

“This is what you want when you’re young – you don't have to think about concentrating on the game, it's easy.”

In fact, Klopp admitted that he came to Anfield for such passionate nights, despite being targeted by clubs with less history – but more money – that Liverpool.

And he believes the Kop can play a massive part in helping defeat the old enemy, by reproducing some of the best moments in the club's fabled European legend.

“Yes this one of the reasons I took the job, and also why I love football,” he explained.

“In each region of the world you have games like this...maybe not these big names, but big enough.

I always thought I would be involved in these games, and sitting on the bench for Liverpool against Manchester United, it was what I always imagined."I can’t get enough of this.

“I hope it’s not the biggest game in my Liverpool career but it’s very important. I couldn’t imagine years ago that I would be sitting on a bench while Liverpool played against Man United. It’s one of the best things I can imagine.

“We are really excited about these two games and everybody has to be in the best shape in these two games, and that includes the crowd – they have a role too.

“We can show we can create a better atmosphere in the first leg than Old Trafford in the second leg. Hopefully tomorrow we set an absolute new level of the the younger history of LFC.

“I'm sure it's not possible to jump over the best moments in LFC history, but since I'm here – no problem, it can be the best; we can do that, let's do it.”

Luis Suarez admits Liverpool are "so important" in his life after visit to Melwood

KampusbeT  ~   " Luis Suarez admits Liverpool are "so important" in his life after visit to Melwood "

http://indowins.com

Agen SbobeT  ~   Luis Suarez has reiterated his love for Liverpool on a visit to Melwood.

The Uruguayan striker spent three-and-a-half years at Liverpool before departing for Barcelona in a £75m deal in 2014.

But he was back on Merseyside on Tuesday after being granted some time off by Barca and watched the Reds' training session with son Benji and daughter Delfina, reports the Liverpool Echo.

“It was fantastic to see the lads,” Suarez said.

“The people that work here are really nice and I miss them so I wanted to come and see some friends. I have really good friends here.

He has gone on to confirm his status as one of the world’s elite players.

He currently boasts 42 goals for the European champions this season.

Southampton misfit Gaston Ramirez wants Middlesbrough stay if Teessiders win promotion

KampusbeT  ~   " Southampton misfit Gaston Ramirez wants Middlesbrough stay if Teessiders win promotion "

http://indowins.com

Agen SbobeT  ~   Southampton misfit Gaston Ramirez says he would consider making his loan move to Middlesbrough permanent if the Teessiders win promotion to the Premier League.

Uruguayan international Ramirez, 25, took a massive £20,000-a-week pay cut to join Boro on loan in January.

The midfielder, whose Saints contract expires at the end of the season, said: “If Boro get promoted would I talk about staying? Why not?

Bandar Judi Online SbobeT  ~   “At the moment I am only thinking about this team and winning the Championship and going up. But after that...

“I feel I am good enough to play in the Premier League. I am fighting for that.

"I want to show that I can play at the top level. I want to show good I am. That is my ambition.”

Ramirez cost Southampton a then club record £12m when he was signed from Bologna in the summer of 2012.

Memphis Depay's ridiculous new boots distract Man United fans from horror of West Brom defeat

KampusbeT  ~   " Memphis Depay's ridiculous new boots distract Man United fans from horror of West Brom defeat "

http://indowins.com

Agen TangKasneT  ~   Maybe Memphis Depay was just helping out Louis van Gaal.

Maybe he knew a 1 -0 defeat at West Brom was on the cards. Maybe he knew Juan Mata (JUAN MATA!) would get himself sent off.

Maybe he knew that his fellow Dutchman would desperately need something - anything - to distract the angry Man United fans who would once again be baying for blood after yet another hapless defeat.

Maybe his outrageous choice of footwear at The Hawthorns was simply a diversionary tactic, designed to take the heat off his boss as the world focused on his ludicrous boots.

Bandar Judi Online TangKasneT  ~   In fact, the one thing odder than a footballer wanting to wear these boots is the message Memphis sent out with this picture.

"Happy Mother's Day".

A lovely thought, and no doubt his mum will have been delighted by the gesture.

Although we would maintain the classic Mother's Day gifts - flowers, chocolate, perfume and the like - are probably a safer bet for most of us than a pair of football boots…

Robbie Fowler blasts "ridiculous" calls for Manchester United starlet Marcus Rashford to go to Euro 2016

KampusbeT  ~   " Robbie Fowler blasts "ridiculous" calls for Manchester United starlet Marcus Rashford to go to Euro 2016 "

http://indowins.com

Agen Klik4D  ~   Former England international Robbie Fowler has branded calls for Marcus Rashford to go to Euro 2016 as "ridiculous".

The Manchester United sensation scored four goals and claimed an assist in his first two senior appearances against FC Midtjylland and Arsenal last week.

And his breakthrough performances immediately led to punters backing the 18-year-old to be included in Roy Hodgson's plans.

With some bookmakers, he is more likely than Charlie Austin, Saido Berahino and Andy Carroll to make the final 23.

But former Liverpool star Fowler, who made 26 appearances for his country between 1996 and 2002, believes Rashford should not be rushed into the international limelight.

He told The New Day: "I’m a bit ‘blimey’ on the Manchester United teen, even after he scored doubles in his first two games in the senior side.

Bandar Judi Online Klik4D  ~   "His record through the age groups is fantastic, and he’s done brilliantly.

"But calls for him to go to France in June are ridiculous.

"I know what it’s like to be a teenager in the top-flight and I just hope he’s allowed to develop and keeps scoring goals – he’s got a bit about him."

England face off against Germany and the Netherlands in a double of friendlies at the end of this month and Rashford could be trialled by Hodgson in those matches.

But it is expected that he will continue to rotate between Harry Kane, Jamie Vardy, Daniel Sturridge and Danny Welbeck, with captain Wayne Rooney unlikely to be back from injury.

Fabio Borini to thank as Sunderland move out of the drop zone - but Big Sam remains frustrated

KampusbeT  ~   " Fabio Borini to thank as Sunderland move out of the drop zone - but Big Sam remains frustrated "

http://indowins.com

Agen MaxbeT  ~   Fabio Borini lifted Sunderland out of the bottom three for only the second time this season.

The Italian struck in the 90th minute to prevent a potentially disastrous home defeat.
It could have been much worse for Sam Allardyce’s side.

Some comfort will be gained from their climb out of the drop zone, but Allardyce said in his programme notes that a draw “isn’t good enough.”

Sub Borini cancelled out a stunning second half late revival led by two goal Connor Wickham, stretching the visitors winless run in the league to 11 games.

Borini blasted in from a tight angle on the right - the “best goal of the season anywhere” according to a relieved Allardyce.

Wickham’s goals kept Sunderland in the Premier League a couple of seasons ago. But he returned to haunt his former side and dent their bid to avoid relegation this time round.

The former £8million striker popped up with two second goals that should have earned all three points.

Sunderland took the lead after 36 minutes when Dame N’Doye’s long range shot took a big deflection off Scott Dann.

Wickham grabbed an unlikely leveller after 61 minutes. It meant Sunderland have not kept a clean sheet since late November, and 14 games.

He swivelled well in the box and crisp shot that took a nick off DeAndre Yedlin and pinged home off the post.

Bandar Judi Online MaxbeT  ~   There had been good work from Wilfried Zaha breaking down the left and Yannick Bolasie with the final ball.

The burly front man then added a second within six minutes.

Wickham netted five in three games to keep Sunderland up during a miracle escape in April 2014, but his goals here could help relegate his former club.

He volleyed home after Mile Jedinak nodded down a cross looped to the back post.

Allardyce said: “Relief, frustration, panic. Heart rate monitor about 140 today. It is the trials and tribulations of being down at the bottom.

“Swings and roundabouts we’ll get until the end of the season.

“My disappointment is being in front and in control of the game and our inability to master it.

“Conceding twice really annoyed me. I say lose a goal, stay in control. Don’t let them score another. Our loss of control is the problem we have had a while. It frustrates me.

“Let’s hope we are out of the bottom three a while. We have to go to Southampton and get a result.”

Pardew said: “Overall it was a game we deserved to win. On reflection a draw isn’t a bad result.”

Allardyce retorted: “Alan would say that wouldn’t he. You know what he is like, you’ve had him up here long enough.”
